How did you find movement? Back in 2015 I had a corporate job. It was lonely and I escaped via a daily yoga practice. It got me through each day and as I deepened my practice I discovered that my biggest “what next” breakthroughs happened on the mat.

What inspires you to move? Community. I love feeling connected to the people around me.

What’s your favourite pose/exercise/movement sequence? As long it is in community, I’m easy. I like a nice walk, flowing on my mat or joining the 7am CrossFit class with Alchemy pals.
